Maximum Output Customer Support Campaign Launched

Marubeni-Komatsu Ltd, the exclusive UK distributor for Komatsu Europe has launched a new concept in customer support programmes for 2004. The programme has been named Maximum Output and harnesses all the resources of Marubeni-Komatsu Ltd into one focused strategy to enable Komatsu customers to maximise the productivity of their machines and minimise their operating and maintenance costs.

The components of the Maximum Output programme include a comprehensive range of services for machine operation and usage, which can be selected individually or in total, dependent on the specific requirements of the customer and the machine usage:

  • Service Agreements
  • Repair and Maintenance Agreements
  • New and Remanufactured Parts Agreements
  • Link One Parts and Service Information Online
  • Vehicle Health Monitoring Systems
  • Oil & Wear Analysis
  • Under Carriage Parts and Inspection
  • Ground Engaging Tools
  • Komtrax machine Tracking Systems

The programme was launched with a direct mailshot campaign to Marubeni-Komatsu customers on December 15th 2003 and will be followed by a further 7 mailshots between January and March 2004. Advertisements will appear in industry magazines during the same period and a new website www.maximumoutput.info will keep customers fully informed of the programme details as well as an opportunity to win Komatsu Jackets.

Matthew Scott, the newly appointed Marketing Manager for Marubeni Komatsu Ltd., commented “The quality of the Komatsu brand is well known and appreciated by all of our customers.
