Large number of Komatsus purchased by One Call Hire this year, so far

2007 sees London based general plant and tool hire company, One Call Hire, making further investment in their already impressive machine fleet of 1600 items, by purchasing a total of 175 tracked excavators from UK distributor, Marubeni-Komatsu.

The machines, which include a combination of PC20MR-2, PC50MR-2, PC88MR-6, PC130-7, PC138US-8, PC210-8 and PC228US-3 excavators will be available to hire from One Call Hire Group’s 6 strategically placed depots in the midlands and south of the UK.

One Call Hire is rapidly expanding its network by opening more depots in the UK, demonstrating its intentions of becoming a nationwide plant and tool hirer.

The purchase of the Komatsu excavators this year makes the total investment by One Call Group exceed £6.4 million, with plans of purchasing more machines in the remainder of 2007.

One Call believes in providing their machines to customers in ‘as new’ condition, ensuring that each machine is no older than 18 months old.  They also pride themselves on the lowest invoice query rate in the UK, by fully auditing all contracts and printed invoices.

One Call Hire Director, Martin Fitzpatrick comments on their significant machine investment, which includes the brand new PC88MR-2:
